A health diary that
shows its working

Food, symptoms, sleep and medication in one place — with every figure traceable to what you logged, and nothing invented to fill a gap.

Download it and look round first. There is a demo account built in — tap once, no sign-up, no email address, nothing to cancel. Every screen is filled with a made-up person's data and says so.

iPhone, iPad and Mac — one app, one account, one purchase. Currently in private testing.

On iPad and Mac the tiles lay out in two columns, filling upwards so there are no gaps.

Built for one honest question

Most health apps answer “how am I doing?” with a number and no working. This one is built the other way round.

🔎

Every tile explains itself

Tap any figure and it tells you what it is, how it was worked out, and what it cannot tell you. If a number has a caveat, you get the caveat.

🫥

Absence is a real answer

A missing reading says whether it is late, unsupported by your device, or something you chose not to track. It never shows a zero where nothing was measured.

📷

Log a meal from the packet

One photo reads the barcode and the label together. Unknown products can be added to a shared database, so the next person’s scan finds it.

⌚️

No wearable required

Works fully with Apple Health, or with nothing at all. What you can’t measure simply isn’t shown — nothing is estimated to fill the space. Fitbit and WHOOP support, and an Android version, are on the way.

🎚️

Track only what you want

Turn off anything you don’t record. Its tiles disappear, and it stops appearing in your scores and summaries — not just hidden, genuinely excluded.

👀

Try it without signing up

A demo account is built in. One tap and you are looking at a full, working app — no account, no email address, no commitment. It is somebody invented, and every screen says so.

📤

All of it is yours

See everything held about you, in full, and export the lot as one file whenever you like. No account is needed to read your own record.

Your data, plainly

The short version. The full policy says the same things at greater length.

Your health data lives in a database of its own — not a shared table with a column naming you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone you have not chosen.

You can export everything, and you can delete the lot.

No passwords

Sign in with a passkey — Face ID or your device passcode. There is no password to steal, phish or reset.

No adverts, no trackers

There is no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier and no third-party tracking of any kind in the app.

Some things never leave

The most sensitive categories are refused at the database layer for anyone but you — not by a setting, by construction.

Where it’s up to

Written plainly rather than as a launch announcement, because it is not launched.
